🎁 Judges Cup Reimbursement
In addition to the flipchart and NAWGJ blazer, there are other technical materials you should begin to acquire and uniform items you may want to acquire. Each year Indiana NAWGJ hosts Judges Cup, a meet where Indiana judges volunteer their time in exchange for reimbursement of memberships, educational expenses, and uniform purchases.
Although it may vary from year to year, if you volunteer at Judges Cup, Indiana NAWGJ will either pay for or reimburse you for your USAG, NAWGJ, NGA memberships 🪪
Beyond your memberships, additional expenses you can be reimbursed for may include:
Educational clinic registration and hotel expenses (regional/national) 🧾
After your first season judging you will be required to turn in proof of your continuing education.
Review the materials provided on the Education tab under the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) section to understand CPE requirements based on your rating and how you can acquire CPE hours 🖥️

Once you’ve completed your first season of judging you’ll get some down time over the summer and when you return in the fall, use the Judge’s Checklist tab to ensure you’ve completed all your requirements to be eligible to judge next season. 🗂️
