Important: Do not start or complete the refresher course until August 1st! If you take the refresher course prior to August 1st your certification will expire December 31st. When taken ON or AFTER August 1st, your certification is good until July 31st next year.

Do NOT make yourself available for weekends that you are waiting on high school or college assignments
When possible, make yourself available for Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Log in to GymJas and navigate into the Judges Assigning System page of GymJas and click on ‘Update Info’, then confirm your information is current, including any affiliations, and update the ‘Expiration Dates’ section to indicate you are current through the upcoming competitive season.
💸 Judge’s Cup Reimbursement (Due Oct 31)
You can use your education reimbursement for registration, hotel, and mileage expenses for attending educational events like congress or symposium and even at the USAG Store or the NAWGJ Store
You can use your uniform reimbursement for purchases at Lands End
Not sure how much reimbursement money you earned? Look for an email from Pat on March 11th showing your hours worked and how much you earned in each category
📝 Professional Involvement Form (PIF)
PIFs are required in order to be eligible to judge state, regional, and national meets
Use your pay vouchers to keep track of how many athletes you judge at each level through the competitive season
