Online Courses Reimbursed with Receipt Beginning August 1st

The Indiana NAWGJ Committee has voted to reimburse any active (must have judged one meet in the 2025-2026 season) Indiana judge for online courses after receipt submission to the SJD.

Important: Request reimbursement here. Reimbursement for online courses is being paid through the Indiana NAWGJ education fund and will not be deducted from your Judge's Cup compensation package. This reimbursement is retroactive, meaning if you purchased a course prior to August 1st and you have NOT yet been reimbursed for it, you can submit it for reimbursement.

Eligible courses include: USAG Women's Program Judges Courses and Study Materials, NAWGJ online course offerings, NGA online course offerings, Flipping Education Live/Recorded Courses.

Tip: Did you know that if you're studying to take a USAG Judges Exam, purchasing the course also covers your theoretical (written) exam fee?

New in 2026: NGA Background Check

Beginning 2026 NGA is requiring a separate NCSI background check through your Sports Engine account that must be renewed every two years.

The cost is $30 and can be reimbursed to you using your Judge's Cup Compensation.

NGA recommends you complete your background check the same time as you complete your Abuse Prevention Training so they are on the same renewal cycle. To check when your Abuse Prevention Training is due to be renewed, navigate to Sports Engine, log in, click on your initials in the upper-right corner and select 'Registrations'.

Note: Once you submit your background check you will receive a notification from NGA with the subject 'ACTION REQUIRED' informing you that you must complete the Abuse Prevention Training. This is only necessary if you last completed the Abuse Prevention Training prior to July 31, 2024. However you can choose to repeat the course if you would like your renewals to align.
